We work with our member Rape Crisis organisations to achieve our three core priorities:
- Securing high quality specialist services for women and girls who have experienced sexual violence
- Building our collective expertise to improve services and policies for the benefit of survivors / victims
- Ending rape and sexual violence
Rape Crisis acknowledges all forms of sexual violence, including but not restricted to: rape, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, sexual harassment, rape within marriage / relationships, forced marriage, so-called honour-based violence, female genital mutilation, trafficking, sexual exploitation, grooming and ritual abuse, irrespective of whether the violence is from known or unknown perpetrator(s).
