Women and girls who have experienced sexual violence.

Information about how to get help if you've experienced sexual violence, including details of your nearest Rape Crisis organisation; information for friends, partners, family and other people supporting or wanting to help a sexual violence survivor; more information about rape and other forms of sexual violence.

We work with our member Rape Crisis organisations to achieve our three core priorities:

  1. Securing high quality specialist services for women and girls who have experienced sexual violence
  2. Building our collective expertise to improve services and policies for the benefit of survivors / victims
  3. Ending rape and sexual violence

Rape Crisis acknowledges all forms of sexual violence, including but not restricted to: rape, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, sexual harassment, rape within marriage / relationships, forced marriage, so-called honour-based violence, female genital mutilation, trafficking, sexual exploitation, grooming and ritual abuse, irrespective of whether the violence is from known or unknown perpetrator(s).
