Join the fun and come along to an exclusive SEN ice skate. Everyone can enjoy the ice and can either use traditional skates or twin bladed ice skates for added stability. Carers or accompanying adults can use traditional ice skates or over shoe grippers.

Carer and additional adults will be charged at £8.00/£16.00 for our off peak/peak times. We have dolphin skating aids available to hire for the session. Wheel chairs will be allowed on the ice for our SEN sessions.

Understanding and effectively supporting autism in secondary schools  

1. A theoretic overview of autism (on Teams) 
2. Discussion about individual children and strategies to support (face to face) 
3. Review use of, and impact, of strategies (face to face)

Climb quest are a part of the short breaks scheme 

An inclusive session for anyone that finds daily life that little bit harder. With lower lighting levels and calmer music, the Special Educational Needs session is suitable for ages 2+ (ages 2 – 4 must always be supervised on a 1:1 basis). One carer goes FREE with every paying participant. Siblings are able to also be booked on to this session regardless of their ability.

The Theme for this month is 'Christmas'. Anyone who doesn't want to dress up as per theme is still welcome.

You don’t need to book your tickets in advance, just show up on the night and queue up to pay (cash only) for your tickets at the ticket desk.

This course considers the impact of sensory challenges on children with SEN and understanding their needs.

The course will discuss proactive approaches that can be put in place to support pupils and will also guide practitioners on knowing what interventions are available to support pupils.
