This active and interactive workshop aims to:

• Explore the various sensory systems, their purpose, and how they present in young people.
• Expand awareness of how these sensory systems can contribute to dysregulation, and provide practical strategies to support self-regulation.
• Teach parents and carers how to build a dynamic tool, collaboratively with their young people, that is adaptable and personalized to the sensory needs of each individual.
